The classes brought me great peace of mind, inspiration and an internal spaciousness that always lifted my spirits. I really enjoyed Dan's teaching — his emphasis on detail, his breadth of knowledge, and his encouragement to truly understand our bodies and minds.

Teacher Training Course

Deepen your personal practice or learn to teach — 8 months, 8 weekends in London · Starting September 2026

About the course

Go deeper into Chi Kung/Qigong —
as a practitioner or as a teacher

This in-depth training is for two kinds of people: those who want to develop a richer, well-rounded personal practice, and those ready to learn to teach Chi Kung classes. No previous experience is needed — just a genuine interest in the practice.

The Conscious Movement Chi Kung (CMCK) training is led by Daniel Brierley, founder and principal instructor of Conscious Movement Chi Kung, assisted by qualified instructors Isabelle Mazille & Daniel Tapsell. If you intend to graduate as a teacher, attendance at all 8 weekends is required.

Conscious Movement Chi Kung is the culmination of Daniel's 20+ years of teaching — a practice that brings together five element forms, breathing techniques, healing sounds, classic forms and philosophy, offering students a broad and genuine understanding of what it means to practise Chi Kung/Qigong.
