Classes

The emphasis of my all my classes is the practice of mindfulness, health and wellbeing. Expressed through breath, movement, forms and flow. They are suitable for any one of any age or state of health, and are a great compliment to any other physical activity. They bring balance and healing. I run 4 classes a week 3 are regular classes involving movement stretching breathing exercises and the CMCK philosophy of movement, an expression of the Tao. I also run a seated class which in essence is the same practice but with a more meditative expression.
